Allocated Pours
Rare bottles, honest prices
MSRP-based pricing
Allocated bottles are poured at normal MSRP-based prices. Reviewers say our pours run 3–5× cheaper than at other bars.
2 oz per person, per day
To keep it fair, allocated pours are limited to 2 oz per person per day — so more people get to try them.
Always rotating
The allocated selection rotates through our allocated cabinets. There's usually something new to discover.

Our Bottle Locker members rent a locker for an annual fee and keep a few of their own bottles here. When you visit, our bartenders pour from your bottles — mixed into a cocktail, neat, or on a large rock. Ask your bartender for pricing and availability.

Where the Crew gathers
Guest Distillery Tastings
Distillers and brand reps join us to pour and talk through their whiskeys. These tastings regularly draw 30–40 people.
Cocktail Class
Every other Tuesday night — a special event on a night the bar is closed to the public. Details are announced on Instagram @1staveclubhouse and through the Clubhouse List.
Whiskey Wednesdays
Our bottle share, every other Wednesday — the social heart of the Bourbon Crew.

What are your hours?
Wednesday–Sunday 11 AM–11 PM, open until midnight Friday and Saturday. Closed to the public Monday and Tuesday, which are reserved for special events.
How does the allocated raffle work?
It's a monthly, purchase-based raffle. Join the Clubhouse List, shop and visit (your purchases enter you), the drawing is held, and winners are notified to purchase their bottle at MSRP in the store.
